Brownies

These brownies are super easy to make and they are delicious. To make them a bit more special you can add nuts and fruits that you like or just sprinkle some powdered sugar on top. Here's how you make them: You'll need 2 bowls (one bigger mixing bowl and one heat resistant bowl), a handmixer and a baking pan. Some butter to grease the pan and breadcrumbs to coat the pan.

Ingredients:

  • 200 g dark chocolate
  • 50 g butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 250 g sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla sugar
  • 1/4 tsp bakingpowder

Preheat the over to 175 degrees C (350 degrees F)

Start by melting the dark chocolate. In this recipe i used milk chocolate, but it's a personal preference. Use what you have or what you prefer.

To melt the chocolate you can do what i did and melt it over a water bath. You simply just boil water in a saucepan and put a smaller bowl inside with the chocolate. When the chocolate is melted you remove the bowl from the pan.

To make it even easier you can put the chocolate in a bowl and into the microwave. Start with 30 sec, take out and stir. Repeat this process with 15 sec intervals until the chocolate is melted.
Add the butter (small chunks) to the melted chocolate while it's still warm so they combine.

In a seperate bowl add sugar, egg and vanilla sugar and mix it with a handmixer.
Pour the chocolate into the sugar and egg mixture and mix until well combined.

Add the flour and baking powder to the mixture and mix it to a smooth batter. This is optional but now you can add the nuts or whatever you want to the mixture.

Like i said in the beginning you need to grease the pan and coat it with breadcrumbs like shown in the next picture. This makes it a lot easier to take the brownies out of the pan and it gives the brownies a nice texture on the outside. When this is done you pour the batter into the pan and put it in the oven for 20-25 minutes

When the brownies are done they should be dry on the outside but soft a gooey on the inside. I like to add some whipped cream to my brownies but just plain brownies will do too.

[Sorry for the bad quality]

Hope you enjoy this simple recipe.
